You can see him in popular Korean TV Dramas such as Itaewon Class, Descendants of the Sun and Her Private Life, Ahn Bo-hyun is a South Korean Actor who is starting to gain recognition with the roles that he has been playing next to fellow A-list actors and actresses in hit K-Dramas. He played alongside Song Joong-ki and Song Hye-kyo in the extremely popular drama Descendants of the Sun which premiered in 2016 where he can be seen playing First Sergeant Lim Gwang-nam.

Ahn Bo-hyun recently appeared in a Korean Reality-Variety show, ‘Home Alone’(Episode 339 and Episode 355) where they feature the lives of celebrities and their homes whom live by themselves and the hosts comedically provide their commentary. The actor tells the hosts how he renovated and picked out the decor for his house himself instead of hiring someone to do it for him. In the episode, much of his Lladró collection can be seen. The shots of his bedroom display multiple colours of Lladró’s The Guest in red, blue, green and yellow, as well as the Belle de Nuit Floor Lamp II in black. Another Belle de Nuit Floor Lamp II can be seen in his living room but in a different colour this time; white. There’s no doubt that when Ahn Bo-hyun likes something, he will buy it in every colour! Even though the actor’s space is limited, it doesn’t stop him from curating his Lladró obsession. The pieces add charm and creates a aesthetic focal point to each room.

After Episode 339 aired, it was so popular with the fans that they brought him back for another episode. In Episode 355, he invites his mother over to see his house for the first time and prepares lunch for her. He expressed that he was too embarassed to invite his mother over before when he lived in a small apartment because he didn’t want for her to worry about him but now that he is proud of his new home that he’s renovated and decorated himself, he welcomes her over. As she sees the home for the first time, she is amazed by his choice of decor.
