FormFluent ships to Australia, New Zealand, Britain and the United States of America. If you’d like us to ship to you in another country, do contact our team at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Orders will be delivered via our freight partner. Once you’ve confirmed your order we will send out your order by the next business day, unless it is a pre-ordered item. You will be sent the tracking details.
We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
FormFluent will not be liable for any claims arising from delay in delivery.
We carefully inspect each item in your order before shipment.
We accept returns of products with defects or that have been damaged during shipping. If your product has a defect, you must notify us as soon as possible. If your product has been damaged during shipping, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the order. To return a product all you have to do is send us an email to email@example.com and our Customer Service Department will inform you of the steps to follow. Because of the handmade process of creating these products, small differences in colour or form between one piece and another in the same model are not considered to be defects.
All returns must arrive in perfect condition with its original packaging & proof of purchase else FormFluent has the right to cancel your return.
For returns which require a pick-up to be scheduled, if you have organised a return but are unreachable to schedule a pick-up within 14 days of your return authorisation, FormFluent reserves the right to cancel your return. If FormFluent cancels your return in these circumstances, any payment which has been processed will be not be refunded to you.
