Reporting From Euroluce / Salone Del Mobile 2023: Lladro's Lighting Display

There was a buzz in the air as we visited the first Euroluce trade show hosted after the pandemic started, in its home base in Milan, Italy in April 2023. Once again, Milan was fully booked to the brim, walk-ins to famous restaurants were turned away, and designers, brands, creatives and retailers donned their most comfortable shoes for the week long soiree which is a mix of Milan Design Week, Salone del Mobile, Brera Design District and Fuori Salone.

As a nod to what they famously known for, Lladró set stage with a pastel green palette in which to show off their full range of lighting. Porcelain does something beautiful to lighting, as a byproduct of clay, brings a warm ambience to space that no other material does. We take you through the stand with some photos to bring you behind the scenes of what it is like there.

In our next edition we will show you the new Soft Blown Collection, a collaboration between Lladró and Luca Nichetto from Nichetto Studios, with the Afloat Chandelier and Airbloom Table Lamps that are much more “pop art“ than the other pieces in their repertoire.
