Dazzle is a famous avant-garde camouflage technique based on complex geometric patterns. During World War I, Norman Wilkinson and Edward Wadsworth developed it to turn objects into an abstract image with the intention of confusing the enemy. The artists of Lladró have turned this ancient military strategy into a starting point for decorating existing Lladró pieces, to present these sculptures as conceptual art pieces.
