Cascade by Lee Broom Wins Best Lighting in Elle Deco International Design Awards

The Cascade lighting collection, a masterful debut collaboration between British designer Lee Broom and Lladró, achieved global acclaim by winning the prestigious Best Lighting category at the 2026 Elle Deco International Design Awards. Celebrated during a gala at the Armani/Teatro in Milan, the collection was lauded by the editors-in-chief of 25 international Elle Decoration editions for its poetic fusion of heritage and modernism.

Inspired by the ethereal glow of traditional paper lanterns, Cascade utilizes Lladró’s technical mastery of matt porcelain to create tiered, modular silhouettes that transform from minimalist white sculptures by day into warm, amber-glowing beacons by night. This victory solidifies the collection's status as a contemporary icon, marking a successful evolution for Lladró as they continue to blend artisanal tradition with avant-garde global design.

The Cascade collection has also previously won at FRAME Awards 2025 and Archiproducts Design Awards 2025.
