The animals in this series are made in black porcelain with just a few touches of golden lustre in the decoration. This creation produces a very powerful effect. On one hand for the decoration and, on the other, because the matte porcelain enhances the sculpture and the etching. This owl stands out for the faithful rendering, the face and the meticulous work in the recreation of its feathering and the wooden trunk.
