Situated in Singapore’s exclusive Sentosa Cove residential enclave, this 3,500-square-foot waterfront penthouse apartment is a masterclass in personalized, high-end customization. Designed by Jeremy Tay of Prestige Global Designs for a well-travelled family of four, the duplex apartment underwent significant structural reconfiguration to maximize its layout.

The design firm tore down walls to expand the communal spaces, creating a seamless flow across a striking dark marble floor with prominent natural veining. The resulting layout connects a handsome, backlit library-style study to a glamorous living room and a vibrant, dry kitchen area, all while showcasing a vast array of collected souvenirs and a prized collection of Spanish Lladró porcelain figurines.

The aesthetic style of the home is a sophisticated fusion of eclectic luxury, art deco elegance, and bespoke whimsy that accommodates the unique, diverse interests of each family member. The main living zone leans into high glamour, featuring mirrored walls, geometric decorative screens, and premium designer furniture from brands like Ditre Italia, Zanotta, and Rolf Benz, accented by vibrant cushions from Christian Lacroix.

Amongst the family's treasured Lladró pieces include Our Lady of the Forsaken Virgin Mary Figurine Numbered Edition, Celestial Journey Limited Edition (retired in 2008), Conquered by Love Limited Edition (retired in 2003), Love Story (retired in 2001), and Freedom (retired in 2021). Meanwhile, the home transitions effortlessly into distinct stylistic themes across its private quarters; the daughter’s room adopts a modern-rustic bohemian vibe with light wood and rattan, the son's room embraces a playful Star Wars and Lego motif, and the master suite on the second floor exudes a rich Asian-inspired opulence defined by emerald-and-gold tones, custom chinoiserie wallpaper, and an exquisite green marble bathroom.

Ultimately, the seamless integration of Lladró porcelain and Lalique crystal figurines throughout this eclectic penthouse proves the brands' remarkable ability to transcend rigid design boundaries and adapt to diverse interior styles. Whether resting against the sleek, mirrored backdrop of an Art Deco-inspired living room or nestled within the traditional warmth of a backlit wooden library, these sculptural forms anchor the home’s shifting themes with a uniform sense of artistry.
